Graciela Azuero Acensio
My mother was descended from a hero of the wars against the Spaniards alongside Simon Bolivar. Juan Noepotencio Azuero helped liberate the occupied people in South America by organizing the Colombian University students. He lost his life in the fighting, but his brother was awarded rich farmlands near the river Saldana in Tolima, where Graciela grew up. Graciela passed on in 2010 due to Alzheimer's disease. In 2014, her son, Dr. Charles, signed up as a healthy volunteer for a study by NY Langone Medical Center, which included a lumbar puncture in her memory.

For new patients, 5-10 min consultation with Dr. Charles and including one periapical radiograph, is priced at $125.00, ensuring a thorough evaluation of your one tooth. If you require a more detailed assessment with a full mouth treatment plan, rest assured it is available for just $185.00.
To accommodate diverse payment preferences, we accept cash as well as credit and debit cards. Additionally, if you have dental plans obtained through your workplace, we gladly accept those too. At Charles Ortegon, DMD, our commitment lies in providing exceptional care while offering convenient financing options tailored to suit each individual patient's needs and circumstances.

"Dr was absolutely awesome! Loved his personality. Took me in last minute. Very different but so genuine. As for the receptionist/ assistant she definitely needs polishing up on customer service skills. Very dry, pretty rude. Would have to say she is not an asset to this company!! Brings it down! Dr is awesome personalities don't match because of her!"
